请问：怎样改变上传照片的尺寸？

近来贴了几张照片，尺寸大了点，不知道怎样缩小。先谢谢！

I hope this will help you out.:D

Paint
1.go to Paint "file" then open your picture
2.then go to "Image"
3.Then go to "Stretch/skew"
4.reduce the size by Horizontal ( ? )% and Vertical ( ? )%
