1. 屈膝下蹲
2. 转身扭腰
3. 拍头收平
4. 做雨刷动作,用于上旋球
5. 转体时下巴顶肩
6. 击球后右腿冲出去,有利发力。
7. 踮步:蹲下去,站起来,以增加力量。击球前蹲,也就是屈膝,让重心下去。击球时腿站直,靠腿的力量。
8. 高球也打上旋球。
