俺脚着，文摘应该有几种文件格式，比如网上看的，和“荡漏”下来拿回家慢慢读的（PDF)。

html, pdf will be the best format I think.
word will be OK too. But some people will be afraid that if word document will have the virus when they receive it in email.
Also, to make a pdf documents, you may need to be careful about the pdf doucment size. I had a client make a pdf several hundreds MB big, and the same contents could be done in 10 MB. I don't know how he make it 50 times bigger.

主持, why "no pdf"? if you don't like it, you don't need to download it. Is there any special reason?
The file in PDF looks not comfortable.
But, maybe others like the version.
One thing is when you made more versions, you waste more golden times.
So, just enough is OK. No more, from myview.

因为无能为力，所以尽力而为。
我觉得用大众化的 format 比较好，有些人电脑新，有些人电脑旧，有的有宽带，有
的用电话线。我觉得ＣＮＤ的华夏文摘形式不错，不知道那种占多大空间，pdf 要
不得。
我每次打开华夏文摘特别快，估计它占空间很小。总之，要让更多的人能容易打开
文件，容易储存携带传送。

I like pdf - clean, fully wrapped up, easy to download, save and pass around. html is fine but not as convenient. Definitely not .doc - big problem for formatting which is machine and paper size dependent, besides, we cannot protect its authenticity as every one could make changes into it.

况也, 我的原版是powerpoint生成的.ppt文件.
只能在powerpoint上面来看.
在save as 里有html 文件, 可是save 出来的html 文件打不开.

No idea how to make html. But quite sure pdfFactory works on powerpoint as well. Once you install pdfFactory, just click "Print" in powerpoint to make a pdf verion of your work.
